As a third-generation attorney, I believe it's safe to say that practicing law is in my blood. It seems as if the legal field is just part of my genetic makeup — and that includes not only the talent and skill it takes to be a successful, efficient attorney but the passion to pursue law in a manner that truly reflects the ideas of liberty, justice, and truth.

In 1977, I graduated with my Juris Doctor from the University of Texas - School of Law. Four years prior, I received my Bachelors of Science in economics from Duke University. I believe that my undergraduate degree is one of the many tools that shaped the philosophy of my practice and the area of law I work in today.

Personal injury can be absolutely devastating on a person's life, not to mention the lives of that person's family members. Whether they depend on his or her care financially or intrinsically, seeing someone who has such a high impact on the quality of your life hurt and injured is traumatic — especially when those injuries were caused by someone else's negligence. With all that has to be overcome during this time, I don't believe financial burden should be a hardship that's added to the list of hurdles.

This idea is why I launched my own firm over 40 years ago in 1978. My desire is to help people who truly need it. Where money is concerned, there are a few ways I demonstrate this desire. For one, consultations are absolutely free. There is no reason why someone should be charged a fee for simply seeking out information. When you schedule a consultation with me, I'm glad to provide the information you need to get headed in the right direction. In addition. I offer contingency-based payment plans. This means that you aren't obligated to pay me a single red cent until we you receive the full and fair compensation you deserve.

Simply put, I enjoy helping others at a price they can afford.

I believe it's also important to note that hablo español. As a fluent Spanish speaker, I can talk with you regardless of if English is your first or second language or if you speak the language at all.

There are several key traits that you'll find most beneficial as we work together:

  1. Straightforward and honest. Whether it's good news or bad, I'm always going to be truthful about your case and I won't give you false hope when a situation is looking bleak.

  2. Take charge. You have enough going on already. Let me focus on the legalities so you can shift your focus to getting better.

  3. Trial ready. Even if your case doesn't have to go to court, I'm prepared to litigate and fight on your behalf.

If you've suffered a personal injury in the San Antonio area, there isn't any time to waste. Schedule a consultation with me today.
